OUR FEES

Simple, transparent pricing

A fixed fee means you know exactly what you’re paying — before you commit.

No surprises. Ever.

ConveyAbility charges a fixed professional fee for all standard residential conveyancing transactions. No hourly rates, no unexpected add-ons, and no bill shock at settlement.

When you engage us, we'll provide a full written quote upfront — our professional fee plus a clear estimate of all disbursements — so you know the complete cost from day one.

To get a quote for your transaction, call Cathie on (02) 9977 5334, email info@conveyability.com.au, or use the contact form below. We'll come back to you promptly with a full written quote.

What your fee includes

Our fixed professional fee covers everything needed to complete your transaction from contract to settlement.

Initial consultation and advice on your transaction

Preparation or review of the Contract for Sale

All correspondence with the other party’s conveyancer or solicitor

Arrangement and review of all required property searches and enquiries

Advice on the contract, title, and any issues that arise

Lodgement of transfer duty and concession documentation with Revenue NSW, along with arranging payment

Preparation of all transfer and settlement documents

Calculation of settlement adjustments

Attendance at settlement via PEXA

Post-settlement follow-up and registration of title

What are disbursements?

Disbursements are third-party costs we pay on your behalf — government fees, search fees, and registration costs. Unlike our professional fee, disbursements vary depending on the property, the transaction type, and your individual circumstances.

We'll provide a detailed estimate of all expected disbursements in your upfront quote, so there are no surprises. All disbursement costs are passed directly through to you with no mark-ups.

Common disbursements include:

Title search

Council rates certificate

Water rates certificate

Land tax certificate

Sewer diagrams

PEXA electronic lodgement fee

NSW Land Registry Service registration fees

Mortgage registration fee

Transfer duty

If you are purchasing property, you will also be liable for transfer duty (previously called stamp duty), payable to Revenue NSW. This is a government charge entirely separate from our fees. We will advise you of the amount applicable to your purchase. First home buyers may be eligible for exemptions or concessions under the First Home Buyer Assistance Scheme.
