In early 2024, after more than 30 years as a conveyancer, Julie decided it was time retire; to step back and spend more time at her rural retreat with her dogs, her menagerie of farm animals, her garden and family.

This was obviously a huge decision, and one not taken lightly or without considerable forethought. As such, from 1st May, 2024, Middle Harbour Conveyancing merged with ConveyAbility.

Why ConveyAbility?

Over the last ten years, Julie and Cathie (Principal of ConveyAbility) had worked together as trusted colleagues.

As Julie says, “Over those years we’ve found that we share the same business values and desire to deliver excellent customer service and professionalism in all matters. Having someone like Cathie take the reins has made my decision to take a step back that much easier.”
